This eco friendly building boasts a grass roof, timber clad walls made from locally sourced timbers, and very high insulation levels. You will experience a warm and comfortable stay, even when Fort William's famous weather throws her worst at you. Acorn Lodge even has a Sauna!
Sleeping 4, within the cabin there are two bed rooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a set of full size bunk beds. The lounge/dining kitchen is well equipped and roomy. It's cosy enough for a romantic getaway for two or you could bring the kids. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the great glen viewed from the large balcony or take a stroll up the nearby path way up above Fort William and round into the spectacular Glen Nevis with Ben Nevis only another half mile away.
If you enjoy a day out on, or around the hills you can always come back to the cabin and relax into our sauna. It is situated in the larger bathroom with a wet room shower attached. The second toilet is just across the central hall. The cabin is heated by an air source heat pump which heats the underfloor heating giving a very comfortable stay .
